Returns Policy
We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 14 days after delivery took place. Return shipments are on customer account. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in sellable condition. IRIS maintains the right to change or revise these terms without notice.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Within the European Union:

It is possible to exchange your item for another size. Simply send back your item and provide us with the preferred size on the return form. Please note, exchanges are available for items of the same style only. If you’d like to exchange for a different item (Jersey for Bib shorts, or a long sleeve jersey for short sleeve jersey), please send in your order as a return and purchase the item you’d like on the website.
From the UK:

We do not accept returns outside of the European Union and United Kingdom.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and include a printed return form. We recommend using a carrier that can track and insure your package as I R I S – I Ride In Style cannot be responsible for lost items.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from i-ris.cc.
